One impressed reviewer said: “The place was amazing for our two children (5 years and 19 months).
“We were there for the spectacular fireworks display and the kids even managed to stay awake until the fireworks display. The queues were manageable for the rides and our daughter loved the Ferris wheel – Jake (manager this merry-go-round) always had a smile and made an effort to interact with her who was adorable.
“The staff work very hard and go to such lengths to make the day fun. The only downside is the quality of the food and the speed of service.”
Another satisfied customer said: “We really enjoyed our stay, kids under 12 will love it, there is a lot to do.
“We had kids ages 7, 9 and 11 and they all enjoyed it.

“The accommodation was modern, very clean, warm and good. We stayed at the Lost Kingdom, you get a brunch bag for breakfast which was good or you can buy a hot breakfast at the cafe.
“We visited the restaurant in the evening and the food was ok, the alcohol expensive.
“There was some entertainment that was good and you could use the crazy golf / softplay or watch a movie and then do it all over again the next day.
“I would suggest doing the fast commute last as you get very wet (good job, I changed my clothes / shoes).
“If you want thrill rides go to Alton Towers and Chessington Towers, but for the fun of the kids as a family there is so much variety; bouncy castle, rock climbing, roller skating indoors and a variety of things to do. ‘outside.”
Another added: “Gullivers really is one of the best days for kids under 13, we just can’t get enough and always come back, whenever we’ve stayed or spent the day, we have always had a memorable and special experience, the staff are fantastic with the kids, always happy and smiling!
“We came to the summer final last weekend and I wasn’t expecting much in terms of the fireworks display, but it was out of this world, it was so well organized, we stood in Lost World to watch the show and on our way out a lovely worker called Lindsey (she was dressed up as Mario) let my kids do the commute she was operating one last time before it closed at 9pm , my children were delighted and the night ended so well!
“We love Gullivers and are already looking to book our Christmas experience!”
