Rave party exploded in Kullu, cocaine, hashish recovered


Himachal Pradesh Police on Saturday night staged a rave party in the forest near Pulga in Manikaran area of ​​Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh where cocaine, hashish and other drugs were served youth.

Kullu Police Superintendent Gurdev Sharma said around 70 to 80 youths attended the party where drugs were served.

Acting on a tip, police raided and found 70-80 boys and girls partying with loud music playing in the forest near Pulga in the Manikaran area of ​​Kullu.

Participants were searched by cops and cocaine, MDMA, hashish and ganja were recovered from the possession of two people who allegedly supplied these drugs to the youths. The duo have been booked by cops and further investigations into the matter are ongoing, he told The Statesman.

As the party was held in the forest area, the forest department seized the sound systems used in the party and the party organizer was also implicated.

It bears mentioning here that this is the second rave party to be busted by the cops in the past week. On May 31, the cops broke up one of these parties and recovered cocaine and hashish from an Andhra Pradesh resident.
