Michigan didn’t have many visitors on hand for this weekend’s game against Indiana, but there were still several notable prospects coming to town. One of the nation’s top students came to campus for the first time at Queen Creek (AZ) Casteel 2025 tight end Tenney Bear.

The talented youngster came to Ann Arbor with his family and left very impressed.

“It was awesome,” Tenney told Michigan Insider. “The university itself has so much prestige that I got to see all the facilities, meet all the coaches, watch the tours, see the sub-class training on Fridays, but the icing on the cake was fine. sure the game! 109,000 people I have never been to a game with so many people!

“I spoke to pretty much all the coaches, but the ones I had the most in-depth conversations with would be the coach Sherrone moore, tight ends trainer Jay harbaugh, and head coach Jim harbaugh. With Coach Moore we talked about the attacking pattern and how they use their tight ends. It was really great. His knowledge of the game is phenomenal! Along with the two Harbaughs coaches, they talked about how much they love my size and abilities and the potential they see in me! It was crazy. They knew all of my games and what were my best games in each of them and my next opponent, so it was cool to see how deeply they looked at me. They know I’ll be one of the best tight ends in my class which means so much because of all the prestige these coaches have! They are legendary! They also told me to keep working hard so that I can be the best! They aren’t quite in my class in terms of recruiting yet, but I’ll be one of the first to hear from them when they start! I have definitely been back in the spring and summer. I absolutely loved it there.

While the 6-foot-5, 215-pounder enjoyed many moments during his time on campus, the passion and love around the community was the highlight of the trip.

“What stood out to me the most was the support of the fan base and the importance of football there,” Tenney said. “That’s what I’m looking for in a program, a school where the fans love football and care about winning!”

Right now, Tenney has a few top Arizona State and Oregon State scholarship offers, but has attracted interest from others as well.

With Michigan, the freshman phenomenon says he certainly has a strong affinity for the program, especially after this visit.

“This is hands down the school of my dreams,” Tenney said. “It has to be one of the best schools in the country.”

So what would it mean if the Wolverines offered it to him then?

“At this point it would be a dream come true,” Tenney said. “Definitely the school of my dreams as a child.”
