As one door closes, another opens for The Cause and its nomadic army of revelers. The legendary London club has pulled out all the stops, teaming up with several of its leading promoters to bring you the best rave-fueled British holiday.
Adonis, the cult queer party of The Cause, will host a three-day takeover of the second-largest space, showcasing some of Berlin’s hottest talent. Dr. Rubinstein, Paramida, Sedef Adasi, Tama Sumo b2b Lakuti, Roi Perez, Massimiliano Pagliara, Byron Yeates & Cáit of Radiant Love, Or:la and residents Gideon, Shay, Hannah Holland, Michelle Manetti, Marie Malarie have all been confirmed so far. ‘now.
Much of The Cause ethos will be retained for this show as the venue transforms into multiple dance floors, such as the arcade center, 24-hour on-site boozer, laser zone, secret rooms and pool parties every day.
The weekend performances are hosted by Adonis’ cheeky sister ‘Touche’ and Jonny Woo’s legendary pub The Glory in east London. Expect cabaret, drag queens and lots of fun, fun, fun in the sun!
In addition to music, there are all kinds of classic holiday fun to be had. On site, expect arcades, go-karts, crazy golf, pool halls, an urban gym, and a massive pool with an inflatable water course that will also host multiple pool parties each day.
Off site you will find an array of local attractions including water sports, boat trips, kitesurfing, bike hire, nature reserves, village pubs, restaurants and beach bars.
Eugene Wild, co-founder of The Cause, says “With the over-commercialization of festivals over the past few years, we’ve taken a true homecoming site and turned it into another rave maze, similar to our original club and bringing some talented aces and all of our family and friends who have supported us over the years for a marathon three-day party.”
All tickets to The Seaside Beano are sold out, including accommodation in groups of 4 or 6 from just £115 pp, so there’s no need to waste time trying to pitch a tent in the winds
After closing the legendary Ashley Road venue on January 2, raising over £8,000 for charity for the latest event alone, the innovative arts and events organization is once again changing things up to 2022. The Cause Seaside Beano will bring all the best bits of The Cause to Camber Sands, home to soft golden sands and clean blue seas in East Sussex.

Throughout the weekend, expect several very special live performances from one of the UK’s hottest dance groups right now, Overmono, Detroit techno originals Octave One and residents of The Cause, Paranoid London. Aptly named The Cause Seaside Beano, it will take Pontins 80’s “inspired” setting to a new level by bringing in several party crews to help with the proceedings.
